She’s been running the Agile Testing Meetup Zurich since May 2014 where she’s been presenting on different topics on a regular basis and helping the community grow.
Maja will be presenting her talk ‘Is it Possible to Automate Customer Support‘ at UKSTAR, Monday 11th March.
What inspired you to develop this topic as a talk?
As a tester and a test lead, I find our experience and an approach to join forces in development, testing and customer support crucial for our success and would like to share our insights and lessons learned.
One tip for anyone starting out in software testing ?
Never stop learning and exploring. Engage and connect with your peers in all different roles.
If you were on a deserted island and could only bring one item with you, which would it be and why?
I would never ever go on a deserted island without my family and in that case I’d just take my eBook reader with me.
What is the future of software testing ?
The future of software testing depends on the people and not on new technologies and trends. We have to continue building learning and supporting communities and keep exceling in our social skills. Also, every one of us should advocate and provide good examples for our profession.
