The role of the QA Manager – Redefined. – 9379

If testing is changing, what will happen to the role of the QA Manager? Do we need a QA leadership function when testers are part of organic Agile Teams? What do we do when every member of the team (developers and testers alike!) understand they need to test as part of their jobs?
