Using TestOps in a Startup to deliver better software faster

I’ve been working in the startup company for a while now, and if you are thinking of working in a startup, think again. It is not easy, it requires a lot of effort and it will test your limits. One of the biggest challenges of being a tester in a startup is that you will most certainly do a lot of things besides testing. You will do anything you know that will add more value to the team and allow your team to deliver better software faster. These extra activities will depend on your previous experience, as in this case, my experience allowed me to do operations and support at the same time with testing.

I am a part of the startup core team so I had a chance of defining our testing and operations processes with the rest of the team. Some of the things which were especially challenging for us to do now could represent good stories to share, like
setting up and evolving our CI/CD from testers perspective,
helping team to improve logs and monitoring,
supporting real customers,
testing in production.
